Title: WMATA Back2Business Procurement Fair
Purpose: To expand the pool of companies and businesses that bid on Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority contracts. In addition, to train large and small businesses on procurement certification so that more businesses are informed on the process and qualified to submit bids. The procurement fair provided attendees the chance to speak with Metro project managers from IT, Bus, Rail, Construction, Planning and Real Estate departments about opportunities with Metro. In additional the fair offered on-site CLM Registration.
